We work closely with local organisations to help you return to work or find training.

We can help you with:

  • Job searching
  • Writing your CV
  • Job applications
  • Interview skills
  • Volunteering
  • College applications
  • Further training

We can also signpost to agencies that provide support with many other issues.

We work closely with Jobcentre Plus and other agencies who are able to provide services relating to helping you get back into work or training.

Jobcentre Plus have a specifically trained advisor who can advise parents about the right routes to take to ensure that the transition into work or training is as smooth as possible. They offer help with job searches, training, childcare and the ‘Better off calculation’, which works out how much parents would be better off per week by moving from benefits and into work.
