Our Nourish and Nurture sessions combine the art of Infant Massage with support and information around breastfeeding.
The group is aimed at parents whose babies are receiving any amount of breast milk.
What can you expect?
- All sessions are baby-led
- Play area provided for older children
- Handouts of Infant Massage strokes as per the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM)
